Just Us Girls Sketch Challenge #62
Hello ladies!
Here we are the first week of December already! I'm in full swing making Christmas cards and decorating the inside and outside of my home for the Christmas/Winter season! I like to use a lot of snowmen because I can leave them out well into the new year. They have a dual role they work well for Christmas and the winter season. Also I don't have to decorate twice or take them down right after the holiday! Let's face it who has time??? Definitely not me. LOL!!!
Today is also my youngest sons 14th Birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN!!! It seems like I just brought him home from the hospital. He's already a few inches taller then me (5'8") crap! No more baby is he! I'm the tiny one in the family now surrounded by all these giant boys of mine! The only good thing is when I'm with them I feel very petite (I'm not but I like feeling that way)! LOL!!!
This week over at the Just Us Girls challenge blog it is a sketch challenge that Alicia has come up with. I followed the sketch except in place of the banner I used holly leaves and berries. I used some glitter paper I had purchased at my local craft shop. It looks fabulous with the Graphic 45 papers. The camera just doesn't do it justice! With the new month upon us that means it's time for our new featured designer to join us and it is the very talented Elise Durenberger (Mamacow). You must check out her blog she is very talented and a real hoot! Also don't forget to check out the rest of the JUGS teams projects for more inspiration!

Ummmmmmmmmm, speaking of HOOTING! "Hoot-hoot!" THIS, my dear, is a FABULOUS piece of card craft, positively worth HOOTING about - maybe even CROWING! Wahoooooo! Positively, STUNNING use of D/P, and luscious embellies! I'm melting from all of the Christmas fabulousness {and kicking myself for not buying THAT paper!!!}... What wonderful use of Alicia's terrific sketch! Thanks, SO VERY MUCH, for the warm welcome and GENEROUS sharing of the JUGS fun with me this month! Guess I'm going to have to be a bit predictable: YEEE HAWWWWWW! {!} Thanks, again, for the terrific inspiration!
