Welcome to the StretchNBubbles Sketch Challenge Blog Hop. If you came here
from Marcy's blog you're in the right place. If you stumbled upon this hop
by accident, go to Stretch N' Bubbles challenge blog and start there. Be
sure to leave comments on all the DTs posts along the way to be eligible
for some great prizes! We at Stretch N'Bubbles are excited to announce our
new Weekly Sketch Challenge. Each week there will be a new sketch designed
by Alison for you to play along with. You can use ANY Stretch N'Bubbles image
(if you don't have any, you can pick up a new freebie every Wednesday)
combine that image and the SNB sketch with any other challenge of
your choice. Post your entry to the SNB Sketch Challenge Blog and you're
in the running for a weekly top three award. A random winner will be
chosen each week as well and that person will win any SNB image of
their choice.
Here is my card using Tweet Tree based on Alison's sketch. I used my
Graphic 45(Le Romantique)paper,Kaiser pearls and a piece of white
Grosgrain ribbon that I colored with my Copics to match my image.
My card is 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 so I shrunk my image to 50%. It's the perfect
size for a little thank you card.
Be sure to leave a comment here on this post. You will have until 8pm on
Tuesday, April 13th to leave your comment. I'll choose a winner from all
the comments and anounce the winner here on my blog at 9am on Wednesday,
April 14th and that person will win the image I used on my card. The winner
must contact me by April 16th to claim thier image. Leave comments on all
the DT's posts along the hop and you can win the images they used too.
Once you've made your way through the hop, you'll be in the running for
the overall blog hop winner which means FOUR SNB images of your choice.
Your next stop is Michelle's blog.
After you've visted all the DT's blogs and left them comments, we invite
you to play along in the first ever SNB Sketch Challenge. I can't wait
to see what everyone creates!!!

Very pretty with a touch of romance. Great card Kathyrn!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the tip about coloring the ribbon with copics. I discovered that you can ink white prima/paper flowers to go with anything as well. I read somewhere recently that you can use chalk or staz-on inks to stamp images on twill too.
