Crafty Creations Challenge #68

Hello,
I got this image from All That Scraps and couldn't wait to use it.  I wanted to make a card with a country feel (by giving  it a weathered look) .  I tried doing it by smudging white ink over the gray and I'm happy with the way it turned out. It works perfectly with the challenge over at The Crafty Creations challenge it was to make a card with a celebration/encouragement theme. I hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!

  1. This is cute Kathryn....I'm telling you...your coloring on this is so beautifully "crisp" and clean! Love the element of the hearts on the gingham...It draws your eye over to the heart on the birdhouse. Great balance! Thanks for sharing your talent!
