Hello

Well after running around all day going to the dentist with kids and myself and dog to the groomer I finally got a card done.YEAH! I've been itching to use these angel images I got from C.C. Designs. I cut out the dress to give her some dimension and I just put the pop-ups on the bottom of her dress to make her look like she WAS wearing a dress. Then flower soft around her feet and stickles for her wings and rhinestone stickers for the bottom border.

Just Us Girls Color Challenge #8

Hello

Well this is my entry in the Just Us Girls color challenge and yes it is a challenge for me! I would never think to put light blue with orange and Terra cotta. You know what? It actually looks good together. LOL! That's what I like about a color challenge it forces me to step outside my box. Anyway all my papers and stamps are from PTI. The new terra cotta ink stays wet awhile so I was able to emboss it with the clear filigree embossing powder. My punches for my sentiment are from Stampin' Up. I hope you like it! Have a good one!

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge 19

This is the card I was finally able to come up with for the Raspberry Suite Color Challenge. I had a hard time getting my mojo going for this challenge. I almost gave up! LOL The Raspberry paper was really challenging me but I finally got it! YEAH! I used my new stamp set Signature Greeting from PTI which i absolutely love and see myself using alot! All paper is from PTI and I used my Stampin' Up tag punch along with Martha's scallop border punch. I hope y'all like it and now i'm gonna go check out everyones cards! Have a good one!

Creativity Challenge #5

Wow! Such an awesome color combo this week! I just got my new PTI stamps and silver ribbon in the mail this afternoon and couldn't wait to give them a try. I used the Signature Greeting for my sentimnet My bow what can I say ...I really can't tie a bow to save my soul! LOL! I just ordered a bow easy and I hope it helps! Anyway I used a stamp from Guide lines two and heat embossed it with clear filigree embossing powder then added a few snow flakes in purple to create my patterned paper.

Color Throwdown #69

This is the first time I play in this challenge the colors are fun to work with and are so good for this Christmas card I created using PTI's Peaceful poinsettia stamp set. I used the little poinsettias to make my background paper. I then used the Spellbinders - Labels One and put my sentiment on with VersaMark and then used the clear embossing powder for it. I used the new Martha Stewart punch for my branches (lovin' that punch!)

Isn't she just the cutiest baby girl ever? It took me a while to get her hair coloring just right, finally! She is one of the JJ Kidz digi images from Little C's Stamp n' Scrap Hawaii. The daisies are from Martha Stewart. She works great for the challenge at Unscripted Sketches this week. Have a good one!

First of all Happy Birthday Dana! I used my cuttlebug to emboss my card with. Then added my stamped images from PTI onto my card with pop-ups. I kept it simple and I like it. Simple is good sometimes I think? Have a good one!

Easel Card

Well I made my first easel card ever! That is the challenge over at the Secret crafters Saturday challenge. I couldn't find a good tutorial for one so I made my own after a little trial and error. They can be made any size just gotta get it to fold right LOL! My computer is so gosh darn slow!!! My card still measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 I just scored my 4 1/4 x 11 inch paper at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2 so when it folds down its at a length of 5 1/2 so it still fits in a standard envelope. This is another digi image that I got from All That Scraps. My paper is last years Creative Memories x-mas paper. Have a good one!

Here is my take on the color challenge over at the Play Date Cafe that Julie mentioned I might want to give a try. Yes I'm always looking for something different to try! Red white and black are my favorite colors they always look so crisp and clean together. I used my digi image I got over at All that Scraps and I colored her in with my copics. I've had this Sara Kay stamp from Stampavie since it came out and this is the first chance I've had to play with it. It works well for the unscripted challenge.
