Hello,<br />
Here's a little something I whipped up for this weeks color challenge over at <a href="http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Just Us Girls</a>. I know they're colors for St. Patty's Day but.... I made a birthday card instead because it just happens to be my little friend Kevin Patrick Torpey's 1st Birthday today! Happy Birthday Bud! <br />

Hello!<br />
Spring break for me and that means a little time to play in my scrapping room. It's make it Monday over on Nicole's papertrey ink blog I just love Papertrey ink and drool daily over the projects that are created over on Nicole's blog! Seeing I' m running low on white card stock (waiting for the release on the 15th to restock) I thought it would be fun to pull out the clear card stock and play along this week with<b><a href="http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capture_the_moment/2013/03/make-it-monday-107-clear-card-copic-coloring-basics.html"> Make it Monday</a></b> ! I' m using my iPod to take my pictures instead of my good camera! Only because I' feeling lazy! So I hope they're o.k.! I used one of my favorite sets to create this card from PTI called <b>All About You Additions.</b> Inked it up with my copies and there you have it!<br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by!<br />

<br />
Good Morning!<br />
Today is release day at <b>My Time Made Easy</b> and I'm here to share with you one of the new templates called <b>Pull Up Tab Square</b>. To decorate my box i used some of the new digi papers from the <b>Wind My Girly Gears </b>pack. I decorated my pull up tab with a rosette to resemble the gears on the paper. I think it tied the box together nicely with out adding any ribbon for a change.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-129bBni1Vfs/Tyh2jq-VDRI/AAAAAAAACCk/aVM4uaU1ebY/s1600/SONY+DSC_0081.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-129bBni1Vfs/Tyh2jq-VDRI/AAAAAAAACCk/aVM4uaU1ebY/s400/SONY+DSC_0081.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
For my card I cut out the banner from a piece of paper from the new Wind My Girly Girls pack and placed across my card and added a sentiment from the Wind em' Up digi stamp set for a super clean and simple card!<br />
<br />

Good Morning!<br />
This week our hostest over at <a href="http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Just us Girls</a> is <a href="http://themangoboysandme.blogspot.com/">Lynn</a> and she has this really cool technique called collage stamping for us to try and here is the <a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/collage_stamping/">link</a> to a tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers. For my first layer I used PTI's <a href="http://www.papertreyink.com/stamps_backgroundbasics_textstyleII.html">Background Basics: Text Style II</a> stamp set in Tim Holtz Distress ink <em>Pumice Stone</em> and then layered the next image from the stamp set called <a href="http://www.papertreyink.com/stamps_life.html">Life</a> over it in Bundled Sage. I inked up the edges with Pumice stone. I then added my sentiment on a spellbinders die label and stamped it with <a href="http://www.waltzingmousestamps.com/products/very-vintage-labels-no-4">this</a> stamp set from Waltzingmouse. I hope you get a chance to try this technique out with us this week!<br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Hello!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Well I find myself home for the afternoon due to the snow storm here in northern New England. We've been without snow (not that I'm a big fan of it anymore) so far this winter and we really need it! Maybe now I'll be able to pull out my snow shoes and the boys can finally use there ski passes! Yee! Haw! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">So the afternoon home has allowed me to play along with one of my favorites <a href="http://theplaydatecafe.blogspot.com/">The Play Date Cafe</a>! I just love being in my craft room with free time. Now these colors are not colors I would ever think to put together but ya' know they <em><strong>do</strong></em> look good together.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

</div>For this months <strong>Year in Review</strong> I'm sharing another one of my favorite templates that Lauren has created. This one is called <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7&products_id=494">That's a Wrap</a>. <br />
I'm here with this fab new template from <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/">My Time Made Easy </a>called <strong>Hey Cupcake</strong>. This is such a cute template idea for giving that someone special a little <em>sweet treat</em>! I made these yummy cupcakes that I had to keep hidden in the bottom of my fridge away from my three boys! (Not an easy task I might add!) I didn't want them to eat them in case I needed to retake my pictures. LOL!!!<br />
I used some of the new digi papers from the <strong>Candy Kiss</strong> collection along with my cupcake image from the new <strong>Sweet Treats</strong> digi set along with the cordinating sentiment from the <strong>Sweet Sentiments</strong> digi set.<br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Good Morning!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Here we are with our first challenge of the new year and our hostest with the mostest is the very talented <a href="http://paperandribbonsandstampsohmy.blogspot.com/">Pam</a> and she has come up with this fun little sketch for us to play with this weeks <a href="http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Just Us Girls</a> challenge. It's also the beginning of a new month and that means it's time to introduce to you our guest designer for January and that is <a href="http://kylieskraftroom.blogspot.com/">Kylie</a> from down under! Please give her a warm welcome when you pop over to her blog!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

I used this fun little set called <em>Frog Hop</em> from <strong>PTI</strong> that has the cordinating die cuts which made this very easy to put together! I had a piece of Woodgrained paper I had run thru my cuttlebug awhile ago setting on my desk that went perfectly. I hope you get a chance to play along with JUGS this week! </div>Kathryn Bhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17672047949897679866noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3364866493265209587.post-28253435656906288042012-01-07T00:00:00.002-05:002012-01-07T00:00:03.960-05:00A Sweet Treat<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--xntU3GKcvw/TwTEF99LXSI/AAAAAAAAB_Q/ICfcTTNVJ9Q/s1600/SONY+DSC_0056.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="283" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--xntU3GKcvw/TwTEF99LXSI/AAAAAAAAB_Q/ICfcTTNVJ9Q/s400/SONY+DSC_0056.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />
<br />
Good Morning!<br />
Here we finaly are with the January release for <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/">My Time Made Easy</a>! The extra week has allowed me to get out of Christmas mode and into our next holiday...<em>Valentines</em> Day! I used some paper that I hadn't gotten a chance to use from last months release called <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=522">Amour</a> for my <strong>Sweet Treat Tote</strong> template. I decided to make my window a heart opening instead of the original cutout. Just by changing that up makes the possibilities for this template unlimited! There are <em>three</em> different <strong>inserts</strong> for this template so be sure to check out Debbie and Monique's blogs for a peek at the other options this template comes with.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Tm0aXFrcjhE/TwTETZsHd_I/AAAAAAAAB_Y/ONqL1HHhNbA/s1600/SONY+DSC_0057.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Tm0aXFrcjhE/TwTETZsHd_I/AAAAAAAAB_Y/ONqL1HHhNbA/s400/SONY+DSC_0057.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">For my heart window I cut out a piece of clear card stock and adhered it to the back of the heart window. I made my bow with ribbon based off the <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10&products_id=359">Abra-Bow-Dabra</a> cut file to match my box. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

This week our hostest with the mostest over at <a href="http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Just Us Girls</a> is <a href="http://kindcreations.blogspot.com/">Lisa</a> and she is challenging us to use felt on our projects this week! I've been dying to use this new set of sentiments from <strong>PTI</strong> called <em>Glory Be</em>. I paired it with this digi image from <strong>Pink Cat Studios</strong> that I had colored but never used. I cut out some black felt with my Spellbinder die and attached it with pop-ups behind my image kinda easy peasy! All the deets are on the <a href="http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">JUGS</a> blog if you decide to join us this week!<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #990000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Have a Happy New Year!</span></div><br />

One holiday down and one more to go! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!<br />
This is just a plain and simple card I made using this weeks sketch. It feels good to <em>not</em> be making Christmas cards. I've put all my Christmas papers and stamps away until next season rolls around! I should really work on it year round just to stay on top of it though! LOL!!!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TZ3czZQg3KI/Tvo_rkZ666I/AAAAAAAAB-Y/sqZRkEttIdc/s1600/SONY+DSC_0054.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TZ3czZQg3KI/Tvo_rkZ666I/AAAAAAAAB-Y/sqZRkEttIdc/s320/SONY+DSC_0054.jpg" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Like I said I kept it plain and simple by stamping my image and sentiment both from the stamp set <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=341">Bold Botanical</a> and coloring it with my Copics. I hope you can play along with us this week for all the deets head on over to <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/blog/">MTME's Pretty Patterns challenge blog.</a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Hello,</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Here we are just a week before Christmas can you believe it? I must say though that this is the first year I'm actually ahead of the game! The tree was put up two weeks ago and is still standing, usually I have to put it up the night before because my cats just <em>love </em>to tear it up! This year I decided to live dangerously and the cats have left it alone! <em>MIRACLE</em>!!! The gifts are bought( not wrapped of course) and the cards are ready to go out! Yippee!!!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I forgot I had this beautiful set of stamps from <strong>JustRite Stampers</strong> called <a href="http://www.justritestampers.com/Search.aspx?Keyword=old+fashioned+christmas">Old Fashioned Christmas</a>. I decided to use them for this weeks <a href="http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/">Just Us Girls</a> color challenge. I just love the look I got with the Kraft cardstock. I think the copics look awesome on it! I hate to part with it! LOL!!! Anyway... I hope you get a chance to play along with us this week!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

I used this little digi image from the <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=511">Holly Jolly</a> digi pack for my card. Along with some paper from the <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=498">Candy Claus</a> digi pack and added a little clear distress stickles to her hat and collar. The sentiment is from the <a href="http://mytimemadeeasy.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=300">Secret Santa</a> digi stamp set. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

Hello,<br />
I finally had a little free time this afternoon and I'd been wanting to play with this cute little digi <a href="http://www.whimsiedoodles.com/whats-new.html">Hiding Elf</a> stamp from <a href="http://whimsiedoodles.blogspot.com/">Whimsie Doodles</a>. I had gotten this new pack of paper from <strong>PTI </strong>last week called <em>Holiday Flourishes & Swirls</em>. I combined the two and this is what I came up with using the sketch from <a href="http://whimsiedoodles.blogspot.com/">Whimsie Doodles December sketch challenge</a>. I got these cute little jingle bells from Michael's so I adhered this over the end of her paper pieced hat. <br />
<br />
