JUGS Color Challenge #55

Good Saturday Morning Ladies!

It's time for another challenge over at Just Us Girls and this week it is a color challenge being  hosted by Alicia.  She has chosen a neutral color palette for us to work with this week.  I love graphic 45 papers and how they already have such fun images that I enjoy cutting out and making cards with.  This is one that i had already cut out and just hadn't put together yet.  I decided to make my card a little odd shaped cuz every card doesn't have to fit into an envelope. Am I right Ladies????  I like attaching them to the outside of gifts and gift bags as a little eye candy! LOL!!!  Now that my summer has officially come to a close this weekend in Maine I am feeling a definite return of my mojo!  Yippee!  Below is the card I created for this fun color challenge. I hope you gals find the time to play along with JUGS this week!  Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!

A Little Christmas Peace...

I was super excited when Melanie asked me to join her design team  over at *wink*wink ink.  I have been a huge fan of her digi images from the very beginning and am honored to be part of this fabulous team!

This little card is made  using a digi image from *wink*wink Ink.  It is a brand new Christmans image called Christmas Peace that is available now!

JUGS #54 Acetate card

For my card I flipped the sketch over because I had this little hot air balloon already colored from PTI and I really wanted to use it for this sketch.  It matched perfectly with this Webster's Paper I had.  Now if your playing along with us my letter is "R" now head on over to Kristin's blog for the next letter!

JUGS 51 Color Challenge

Hello Ladies!

It's Saturday again and over at Just Us Girls this week its a color challenge for ya'll to try hosted by me!  I went with red, green, black and a neutral (white, cream or kraft).  I'm not ready to give into fall colors just yet!  LOL!!!  My card did not look like this in the beginning it was totally different but I didn't like the way it turned out so this is what I came up with instead. I spent hours on the first one and literally 10 minutes on this one which I like sooo much better!  I ended up cutting the sides off of a Spellbinders Nestabilities labels ten and then adding three flowers to it.
